Memories of Carnlough Photographic Exhibition
13 April 2013On loan from Larne Museum and Arts Centre, the Memories of Carnlough exhibition features a private collection photographs taken by the late Jim McNeill during the 1960’s and 1970’s. Following this donation to the museum, Larne Borough Council Heritage Service received funding from Heritage Lottery Fund to work in conjunction with Carnlough Vintage Society to preserve, conserve and interpret the hidden heritage of the area. Following a number of reminiscence events, this exhibition brings together these images with stories of local people from these years. The exhibition continues until 31 May.
