In this inspiring class we will be learning to enjoy the gifts of movement and dance through our senses. We will become more aware of our bodies, our breath, the space around us, colours, shapes and sounds, while moving to a mix of calming and energising music. This is a ''feel good'' class for adults of all ages and abilities. Come and experience it for yourself!

To register for any of the classes call into The Braid Arts Centre situated on Bridge Street, Ballymena.
Adult Classes are open to those over 16 years of age.
Classes and Workshops must have a minimum of 8 people to be able to run.
Classes are non-refundable.
All young people under the age of 18 must have a parental consent form signed by their parent/guardian.
Adult classes can be secured either in person or by paying over the phone.

No places can be secured on any of the classes unless the class fee has been paid.
In the case of a class being oversubscribed a waiting list will be compiled, however there can be no guarantees of a place on the course and when new term starts places are issued on a first come first served basis.
