The Tourist Information Centre has now completed its relocation to the fabulous new Braid complex.

Ballymena Tourist Information Centre (TIC) operated by Ballymena Borough Council is also a member of the Northern Ireland Tourist Board TIC Network.

We provide a wide range of tourist information services for visitors, locals and members of the tourism industry. For more detailed information, please visit our tourism web site.
There are many delights awaiting the visitor on a trip to the Borough of Ballymena, particularly for shopaholics, this is a town with a reputation as a first rate retail centre selling locally produced crafts, jewellery and souvenirs.

The picturesque villages of the Borough are popular with visitors. Their magnificent floral displays, Moravian and mining settlements.

Monday-Friday, July and August 9.00am - 5.30pm
Throughout rest of year, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday throughout the year, 10.00am - 4.00pm
Sunday closed
Bank Holidays, 10.00am - 4.00pm
